We have big news!
We are excited to share the Office of Cannabis Management Control Board approved our Recreational Adult-Use Microbusiness license on January 15, 2025 (OCM-MICR-25-000222). We look forward to expanding our product availability to adult consumers while continuing our caregiver program for medical cannabis patients in New York State. Product launch and availability announcements will be shared here on our website in the coming weeks.

About Us
Twin Acres Estates Inc. is family-owned and operated in Holland Patent, New York. Our President and Majority Owner is Brooke Andresen with her twin sons, Bryce and Logan Zayachek managing daily operations.
Our company was established in 2018 to cultivate organic produce. Two of us became Medical Cannabis Card holders in the last few years and we discovered a lack of consistent availability of our medication at our local medical cannabis dispensaries. Hence, we decided to try our hand at cannabis cultivation. Our own cannabis patient experience led to the development of our Caregiver program in 2023.
In November of 2023 we applied for an Adult-Use Micro-Business license which allows for a unique, seed-to-sale consumer experience. As a licensed NYS Adult-Use Micro-business, we look forward to cultivating cannabis with care resulting in quality, safe cannabis products to sell to appropriate consumers.

cOMFORT - NORTHERN LIGHTS X SKYWALKER-OG
An Indica-dominant hybrid cannabis blend with a TAC content at 21.7%, THC at 17.6%, CBD at .69% and Terpene Totals at 1.81%. The dominant terpenes are β-Caryophyllene, α-Pinene, β-Myrcene, α-Humulene. β-Pinene, Valencene and trans-β-Farnesene.
PREMIER - GREEN CRACK
Green Crack is a Sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain that is derived from Skunk #1 and Afghani Landrace. This flower has a Total TAC of 22.1%, THC is 18.6% with a Terpene Total of 1.51%. The dominant terpenes are β-Caryophyllene, α-Humulene, α-Pinene, Valencene, trans-Nerolidol, and D-Limonene. This classic strain has a citrus, earthy, floral fragrance and flavor.
CLASSICS - BLUE DREAM
This Sativa-dominant blend provides all-day highs making it the go-to choice for daytime. If you are a fan of Blue Dream, you might recognize the smell and taste of sweet berries with some zesty, lemony characteristics. This flower has a Total TAC of 20.9%, THC is 16.4% with a Terpene Total of 1.09%. The dominant terpenes are β Caryophyllene, , β-Myrcene, trans-Nerolidol and α-Humulene.

Like the name suggests, this one won't be around too long. This Limited house blend flower has a Total TAC of 20.9%, THC is 16.6% with a Terpene Total of 1.01%. The dominant terpenes are β-Caryophyllene, α-Humulene, β-Myrcene, Valencene and D-Limonene. We nicknamed this one Strawberry Gelato here at the farm.
